of onsite support with a dedicated engineer(s) on site five days a
week. This service is suited to larger businesses with a constant
need for IT personnel on-site. We start with a complete IT audit
and then sit down with you to produce a strategy for the next 12
months. This approach allows us to allocate resources for specific
identified requirements in advance to enhance project delivery time
and reduce costs. We also provide remote support allowing our
engineers to monitor and correct problems within minutes.
Virtual IT Department
The Virtual IT Department offers a fixed monthly fee to cover all
your IT support requirements. This service provides your
business with 12 months of onsite support regardless of the number
of callouts required. We guarantee a 4 or 8-hour response time and
also provide remote support allowing our engineers to monitor and
correct problems within minutes.
Billpay
The Billpay support option guarantees a 4 or 8-hour response
time at a fixed monthly fee. This package can be customized to
include a fixed number of support hours. On-site callouts and
support hours above the agreed number are subject to discounted
engineer rates. We also provide remote support allowing our
engineers to monitor and correct problems within minutes.
Pay-As-You-Go
Our engineers can also provide support as required on an hourly or
daily rate.
